Chef's Table in Montreal?

Gavriel May 4, 2013 08:20 PM

I'm looking for a restaurant, preferably with a well-known chef, that has a chef's table, where we can eat in/near the kitchen in a relatively secluded environment. I've found Europea and DNA browsing the boards, and unfortunately DNA has closed.

What other restaurants have chef's tables?

I think I've heard Toque has one.

You can eat in pastaga's kitchen, but it is in a kitchen and is not in a secluded environment
Are you looking for a private room instead?

I don't believe so. We were there recently for a birthday and explicitly asked if they had one, but no avail. They do have private rooms though.

APdC's Cabane has one apparently, but good luck getting it. :D

We ate in the kitchen at pastaga a couple of weeks ago. It was my third time and hopefully my last!

Tapeo used to have one, I believe they still do.

Just saw on www.montrealinfo.com that L'Atelier d'Argentine offer this too now. Every wednesday for 4 to 6 people, 6 services + wine for 95$.
