Austin, Houston Food Without Heat

I will be making a trip to Houston and Austin soon and I want to find some good restaurants. There's just one thing. I can't eat hot peppers. Mild Mexican is fine and in fact cheese enchiladas are a favorite of mine, but reading these posts it looks like almost all the food discussed is really hot. Are there any good restaurants that serve mild Mexican cuisine or maybe serve the hot stuff on the side? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best I've found (made with only cheddar cheese and NO American or Velveeta mess in sight) are at either El Arroyo or El Rey. Both are typical middle of the road Tex/Mex.
