For a week day experience, this Vietnamese Pho place serves my favorite broth of all the places I tried in Montreal.

        Restaurant Pho Nam Quan
        (514) 722-1888
        3562 Rue Jarry E
        Montréal, QC H1Z

Went there at least 20 times and the only time the broth wasn't up to par was on a week end
