Lunch/Dinner for 50-60 people in Greenpoint or Cobble Hill?

Hi,

I'm looking for a place to host a mid-afternoon luncheon for about 50 people in either Greenpoint or Cobble Hill/Boerum Hill this summer. It's a wedding but we don't need all the wedding bells and whistles - just a nice place to have a meal after the ceremony with close friends and family. We'd been planning on the garden at Anella, but they max out at 40. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks,
Isobel

Check with Frankie's 457 –– I think they can do up to 75, if I remember correctly. They do get booked up very quickly, though. In Greenpoint, TBD does private events and has outdoor space for that many people (even though it may not seem like the most elegant option at first glance).

Hmm maybe the Lobster Joint in Greenpoint? They have a pretty lovely and large backyard.

I would talk to Jarro in Cobble Hill. It is a large space, and I have enjoyed the food there recently.

Brucie also might work, because they have that backyard, but I have never made it out back there for some reason, so can't vouch. Food's great though!
