Non-Newtonian Noodles, Oobleck & Flatbread tossing

I'm mesmerized by the flatbread tossing. I just watched it four times in a row. It looks like he's tossing it about five yards to the catcher. Love how the guy with the tray takes it and walks by and the routine doesn't pause, the bread just sails over his head. I wonder how many parathas they turn out in a day.

Yes, the paratha making was the most interesting to me of the three videos though I certainly enjoyed the oobleck one from a scientific standpoint. Did you notice that the paratha roller guy whacks his rolling pin after finishing each one? There's no work step accomplished there that I can see, but it keeps up a cadence that might help with the production line's timing.
(I was an industrial engineer in a prior life.)
