Lunch is Las Vegas

My husband and I are heading to Las Vegas for the weekend and have already made our dinner plans at Le Cirque and RIck Moonens place but did not plan for lunch. We are staying at the Mandarin Oriental and would like something in that end of town. Anybody have suggestions for a great lunch?

  1. What kind of food? What is your price point? I enjoyed Gordon Ramsey's Burgr at Planet Hollywood. Planet Hollywood is right across the street from Manderian Oriental.

    1. Lotus of Siam is my go to place for lunch..near the LV Hilton on the menu not of the best in US.
Milos for the 3 course lunch.. $20.13 at Aria is fantastic.

$22.13 when I was there last week in March

      2. Milos is great, but is in the Cosmo not the Aria. Either is easy walking distance from your hotel. MoZEn in the MO does a really nice brunch. For a more casual feel, Todd Engish in Crystals does brunch, with a build your own bloody mary bar, that is pretty tasty and offers outdoor seating. China Poblano in the Cosmo is alswo open for lunch; fusion-y chinese/mexican, very casual.
Lotus of Siam is awesome, but it is not near where you are staying. It is not FAR, but is will be a cab ride both ways.
Another option if you want to venture downtown would be Le Thai on Fremont; part of the Fremont Street and downtown revival. Certianly not the menu that Lotus has, but excellent food and a nice outdoor patio, and also allows you to check out the other bars and downtown options.

Country Club at the Wynn if you want to venture up the strip..(M-F)
          Burger bar at Mandalay.
Love the Cosmo and make sure you have a drink at the Chandelier bar!

Really enjoyed Hubert Keller's Burger Bar at the Mandalay Bay. Opted for the "poor man's" foie gras burger (no truffles). Service was very nice too. Be careful since I made the mistake of also ordering a caramel milkshake--was too full to enjoy my dinner at Sage.

        2. Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmopolitan has an amazing $22 3 course lunch.
