Kosher pizza flour?

There was a post in Feb. about a new pizza restaurant in NY where it was mentioned they use Molino Caputo flour. I asked this there, but didn't get an answer-- how is that possible when Caputo flour has no certification? Does anyone know of a good 00 pizza flour that does have kosher certification?

    1. I don't think flour needs certification (even taking into account the potential shayla about flour conditioners).

      1. I can confirm that Pizza da Solo uses Caputo flour. Maybe this is a question for the OU, which certifies the shop.
