My fiance recently came back from vacation in Rome and cannot stop raving about this dish. Very light and crispy. Trying to find a restaurant that has this on their menu?
The closest version I know of is at Bazzar. The bunuelos de bacalao. They are fried salt cod fritters and not the entire salt cod filet though.
Would you settle for cod fish fritters?
