Ma France at Arlington/Lexington line

Just walked by a specialty French food store at the Arlington/Lexington line on Mass Ave - lots of meats and cheeses, pastries (which were sold out at the time). They've only been open a week, and inventory is still sparse, but the owners were very friendly and if they have a direct line to French suppliers, might be a go-to place for certain ingredients. Hope they do well -that stretch of Mass Ave is pretty sparse..

Oooh thanks very much for this info! We're planning a move to Lexington in the next few months and this is exciting news!

There used to be a French gourment shop in Arlington Heights where La Posada is now. They didn't fare well...I went in a few times and liked the food and the people but they couldn't give their stuff away. I hope these folks have better luck.
