Can I eat meat with sesame oil while recovering from stomach virus

I was wondering I need advice if its ok to eat korean meat with little bit of sesame oil while recovering from stomach virus with rice and lettuce and I will be frying in the pan

    Ask your doctor? Or try just a little and wait to see how you feel.

      I wouldn't. Or at least leave out the lettuce. I would stick to plain rice.
      I guess it depends on your stomach and at what point you are into the "virus." And you know it's a stomach virus and not food poisoning? Have you spoken to your doctor?

        Really, your gut is twisting and you want Korean meat slathered in sesame oil? How about plain rice till you get back to normal.

          I see this is your very first post. I suggest you discuss any concerns with your DR. People on a food website (or really any website) are not qualified to tell what you should and should not eat. What brought you here for medical advice is beyond me.

          However we sure can tell the best way to cook something or give you some great recipe ideas. Come back when you are feeling better and we will help you out.
