3 evening meals

Looking for some recommendations for 3 evening meals midweek the last week of May. I know I may be a little late on getting started so anything needing a 2 month reservation is out. Also dress code is important - a tie at the most, preferably a nice button down shirt and non-jeans slacks. Cost not a barrier. I'm pretty adventurous but will be traveling with a group so need some choices. Asian or french influence would be nice. Farm to table is always good. A few ideas I've had are Coi, Ristorante Ideale and Delfina.

  1. Those are all good.

There are no dress codes in SF, never a need for a tie. If you're dressed business-casual you will not be the worst-dressed guy in the place.

    1. I think your group would have a great time at Slanted Door. It gets panned by some on this board for lack of Vietnamese authenticity and a slightly high price point, but it fits what you are looking for, and is very popular with out-of-towners. Good Cal-Viet food at the foot of the Bay Bridge. Creative wine list and cocktails a plus.
