Hey! I've been looking for a long while for hk style fish paste in noodle soups. Like Tsim Chai Kee in hong kong... http://static4.orstatic.com/UserPhoto...

I've seen the fried versions at Noodle Village, and various processed fish balls everywhere, but none of the fresh ground dace / fish paste ('yue cuw'). Anyone know where I can find this in NYC?
