Fort Worth's Virgin Olive Oiler? My mother-in-law keeps telling me that I should use more high end olive oils -- embarrassingly enough, I was trying to hide my Crisco EVOO last time she was here... I'm thinking about going to their sampling party on May 4th. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should look for while I'm there?

Thanks!

See if you can sample some Katz olive oils. Really good.

Try this one. It's what I use exclusively.
Available in Dallas at Carbone's on Oak Lawn in Highland Park.

This one is excellent as well. Frantoia Sicilian EVOO is available at Jimmy's in Dallas along with many other great EVOO's
