Emporium is by far the best Thai on the westside.

Just saw this. I'm excited an will give it a go. Do they have the southern menu?

There is another westside Thai place that got a lot of praise on this board until Emporium became the darling of the moment: Thai Boom is a small place on the north side of Venice Blvd. in a strip about midway between Overland and Sepulveda, near Midvale. Good food, good service, very small, low prices.

For delivery, Siam Chan just off Santa Monica Blvd. at Colby gets the orders right, packages them well, and does a credible mee krob.

They doesn't always get the order right. They accidentally included some sort of steak salad (which was delicious, BTW) in my last to-go order. I do think the food there is quite tasty and a great value. I've become quite fond of the jun pu.

FYI, delivery takes 45 min (not a surprise). To-go orders, however, ALSO take 45 mins (argh).

They service in-house can also quite, um, impatient.
