Where should we head for good chow before a show at BAM?

This question has been asked on this board a few times before, so a search should lead you to dozens of answers from others. My preferences: Stone Home Wine Bar, La Caye and Scopella, all located within a three minute walk of BAM. You need to reserve a day or more in advance on evenings of popular performances at BAM. Also, look carefully at curtain time on your tickets, as some events start at 7 or 7:30, necessitating an early seating or a quick supper.

We recently went to two good restaurants before Nets games at Barclay.
Woodland on Flatbush and 6 Ave had great food and ambiance but inexperienced service.
Melt on Bergen St near 5 Ave was fabulous all around.
Make a reservation at both places as they get busy when there are events at Barclay & BAM.

Convivium Osteria (Italian Portuguese). Just make sure to get a reservation if there is an event at the Barclay's Center.
