Sukhothai Restaurant in Lancaster

  • 4

I'm wondering if anyone has been here recently, and, if so, what your thoughts are on this place. I've never been there, but I'm always on the lookout for new places to try in Lancaster. BYO is always a plus. Our most recent go-to spot for Asian food is the Saigon Cafe. Should we give Sukhothai a try?

  1. It's okay - not the best Thai in Lancaster. If that's what you're looking for I highly recommend Lemon Grass, which moved from its Lincoln Highway location to Prince Street (across from Clipper Stadium).

Have you tried Rice and Noodles? Tiny but amazing, with excellent pho and banh mi.

Where on Lincoln Highway was Lemon Grass formerly located? It sounds familiar and if it was near the outlets, I have a hunch I've been there.

We've been to Rice and Noodles but prefer Saigon Cafe because it's less cramped and we're less rushed through a meal. We really enjoy the pho and other noodle dishes at Saigon Cafe.

Yes - near the outlets (just down from the new Chik-Fil-A).

Have you tried Manna on Oregon Pike...near the new shopping center next to Universal Athletic Club? Really decent sushi and pan-asian selections.

Nope -- haven't tried it yet. In fact, I don't know that I've ever seen it mentioned here on CH.
