I've never been there, but I've heard good things about the Wenham Tea House. It would be worth calling and checking it out...

I love brunch at the Wenham Tea House, but not sure if they can handle a big of a group. Still, definitely worth calling!

The Hawthorne Hotel does an elaborate Sunday brunch and is large enough to accommodate a big group.

'north shore' is a big place, but we are huge fans of Five Corners in Marblehead. if you do a search you will see my detailed reports. tops in food(good variety on menu, beautifully prepared) and service, interesting bar, comfie bright room, and light filled view. 12 people party easily doable but they do book up, so call.p.s. easy street parking.

don't know if you want a buffet or menu, but Bobby Cs in Melrose and Sylvan St in Danvers have buffets. Been to both places but not the brunches. Bobby Cs is semi upscale but very comfortable and great service, Italian menu at dinner and lunch . Sylvan st a bit above average standard American food in a large pub style atmosphere with lots of groups accommodated often
