I just bought Okanature X Virgin red palm oil. I tried using some in cooking and found the taste quite strong & not too pleasant. Now wonder how to use it. Anyone else using Red Palm Oil in recipes/ What do you think of the flavour?
Look up Nigerian dishes. There is a dish of rice and meat cooked in red palm oil that was tasty. But my memory is of school days there in the early 80's......
