Looking for Korean Buffet in K town

hrm Apr 14, 2013 09:58 AM

Back in the day before Korean food became so popular and there were no $ 9.99 all you eat BBQ ( disgusting in my opinion ) I used to go to a Korean buffet restaurant ,(dont remmeber name ) with Korean friends on Olympic Blvd, which is no longer the same restaurant. What I loved was being able to help myself to as much Sampan as I liked , small bowls of Nyeng Myeng , there was bulgogi, Galbi, fish , etc.... Lunch was about $ 15 or so and and dinner about $22 , the quality was better then decent..... Does anyone know of any Korean buffets , still operating ?

      Hi Servorg,
Dont think it was Manna . Not looking for AYCE , this was 20 years ago , there was no AYCE back then. And most of the clients were Korean. and the quality very good. You rarely saw non Koreans in Ktown at that time . AYCE dosent have the variety of a buffet.

It was probably Buffet Land (which doesn't help you now, I know):

you might want to check out hansong buffet. it's been a variety of different names but the location has pretty much been a buffet with korean food for the last 15 years or so.
