      Eat them! They're said to taste like pineapples but look like freakish strawberries - white flesh and red seeds.

          I should have looked at the date on the Times article before going to D&D (I don't like them but they're closer) last night... they won't have them for another few weeks. Are they fruiting early this year or something?

          Guess it might be just Eataly for now.

        What were they charging? I usually find Eataly's prices surprisingly good for veggies and fruits. Might see if Manhattan Fruit Exchange has them, too.

          Bless your heart! I have been waiting for pineberries for a full year. I am eating them now, haha. Thanks for the great information!

          P.S. It's $8 per a 150 gram pack btw.
