Solo dining at Butcher and the Boar

What are some solo diner friendly dishes at Bucher and the Boar? A lot of the meat entrees are meant for multiple people.

Would an individual sausages with its garnishes feel like a full meal? or maybe the charcuterie plate?

I hear they have sandwiches in their beer garden. Any good?

To me, an individual sausage plate would need a sidedish to feel like a full meal. I liked the red hot brussels sprouts the last time I was there as a different take on the oh so trendy vegetable.

As for the Pappy Van Winkle - I do not know about Butcher and the Boar, but I know my husband got three different ages at the Monte Carlo a month or two ago...he said they were less expensive there than on the menu at Marvel bar, but I am not sure exact prices.

I've eaten alone in their beer garden at the bar many times. The sausages are served in a nice, housemade bun with chips. I wrote about dining there with my kids: http://www.minnesotamonthly.com/media...
