I liked J&G but was not blown away. Makoto is close by which I liked a little better. I don't think either are amazing but both are good. Most people like these places more than I do and place them among the best in Miami.

My favorite place in the area is Josh's deli but it closes early. Have not been to the taco place that opens after the deli closes but have heard good things.

J&G is good, but not worth the money

J& G is very good. Makoto does an excellent job especially with their sushi offerings later in the week.

      Josh's Deli is nothing special.

That is crazy talk with Josh's deli. Their pastrami is spectacular.

I completely agree with you about Josh's Deli. We were very disappointed. Perhaps, coming from NY, with all the Jewish-style deli, this is just different...But neither of us was impressed. Also, I couldn't stand their homemade mustard. It tasted too sweet.

That really depends on the person. J&G is very good, very nice atmosphere, professional service, etc. But yes, it is $$$
