Pho Emergency in Columbia Heights!

fudgeyburke Apr 10, 2013 03:50 PM

Help! The SO is craving pho for dinner tonight, and I know of nothing in the Columbia Heights area that has pho. He doesn't want to travel far, so Eat Street, where I work, is out. Ideas?

Pho Tan Phat in Spring Lake Park. The best Pho you can get outside of Eat St. or Frogtown.

8197 University Ave. About 2 miles north of the Columbia Heights/Fridley border.

I knew my chow-peeps would come thru. Cheers!

And don't forget to order the (fried) spring rolls. Those are some of the best that I have had. Ever.

A few miles closer is Pho 79 on Energy Park Drive just inside St. Paul. Its one of my favorites. Very consistent quality.

Google says its 8 miles and 18 minutes from Columbia Heights.

University Ave, St. Paul. Try I-Pho, the old Saigon restaurant.

Looks good! But I was hoping for something a bit closer to home. Appreciate the suggestion, tho!
