lunch near Louis Armstrong house

jazzcat Apr 9, 2013 09:22 AM

Does anyone have a recommendation for lunch near Lewis Armstrong house, 34-56 107th St, Corona, NY? We're pretty flexible on type of cuisine depending on what's nearby. If there's a soup, salad, sandwich type place, that works for sure. Beer and wine availability a plus, but not essential. Thanks.

This should be on the outer boroughs board, but Leo's Lattacini aka Mama's of Corona is a great sandwich bet. Also Louis Armstrong.

Thanks, Alan. Perfect tip for us. My apology to all for posting on the wrong board.

You are welcome, there is a nice seating area at the bakery a door or two down (they are affiliated, no problem taking your sandwich over there) with a back yard garden as well. Enjoy!
