Adelman's Kosher Deli & Restaurant, Closed for renovations or out of business?

    Adelman's has closed

    Apparently it will reopen as a non kosher restaurant.

      It's the trend of the last 30 years. There used to be a Kosher-Style deli every few blocks years ago. Remember Schweller's?

          Very common in NY; they call it "Kosher style".

          Sorry, this is in Brooklyn on Kings Hwy. No "closed for renovations" signage, thus the inquiry

            Where is it? This board covers 4 boroughs!

            N.B. I don't know where this place is, but in the restaurant biz, 99% of the time, "closed for renovations" invariably means "out of business". Don't know why restaurant owners continue to use this dumb line.
