Solo steak on Sunday - Murray's, Manny's or something else?

I'm going to be on my own on a Sunday night in downtown MLPS next month and, being a Chicagoan, want some steak. I love old-time traditional steakhouses, but also want to get the best steak for my money. Where should i go?

Forgo Murray's and Manny's and head over to the Butcher and the Boar. The bone-in ribeye is the best I've had in Minneapolis.

My vote is for Capitol Grille. A chain, yes, but nonetheless the best I've had in the Twin Cities, including Manny's and Murray's. Have not had steak at Butcher and the Boar, though.

Butcher & Boar or Seven have good steaks. Agree Capitol Grille has good steaks but go with something that you can't get in Chicago.

Considering Chicago recently got the most amazing Del Frisco's, any chain we have here won't cut it. I'm on board with others in recommending Butcher & The Boar. Unique to MPLS and outstanding.
