I know that Texas is beef rib country....but I was wondering about the pork.
I love pork ribs that are well done(kinda crunchy on the outside) and meltingly good on the inside.
Maybe I am describing southern ribs.
For some reason...... I kept thinking that there were pork ribs like that in Texas.
Anyway....... I will try the places suggested, and also make it to Louis Mueller's as well.
If anyone has any more suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
