Safeway always has lamb shoulder chops, if that's what you are looking for. You could probably ask them for a whole one, if that's what you want.

You might want to try Babylon Market on Speedway east of Alvernon. They are a Halal market with a small but lamb-heavy butcher counter.

Sam's Club by the Tucson Mall is where I get my Legs of Lamb. I haven't looked for shoulders but, they have a varying selection of cuts that goes from none to almost everything at times.

Dickman's on East Broadway is the best butcher shop in town that I go to. Their prices are reasonable and they get all the different cuts and meat animals you could want. If they don't have it out front, ask and I bet they have it in back. Considering they have deer, elk, moose, bison, ducks, geese, rabbits, etc. I'm thinking about any part of a lamb would be slam dunk from them.

Todays's Sprouts flyer says grass-fed lamb shoulder chops are only $3.99/lb.
