uses for maki seaweed

I have some spare dried maki seaweed but no more sushi rice... just curious if anyone has some other recipes using it?

  1. Cut into thin, short strips and use as a garnish for salads or anything really.

    Or cut into small squares and use it as a wrap for tartare (fish or steak).. more rice.

    1. Toast ahd use to garnish ramen.
