I have some spare dried maki seaweed but no more sushi rice... just curious if anyone has some other recipes using it?
Cut into thin, short strips and use as a garnish for salads or anything really.
Or cut into small squares and use it as a wrap for tartare (fish or steak)..
Or...buy more rice.
Toast ahd use to garnish ramen.
