Where to get fresh Yuzu - YYC

I'm wondering if anyone has seen yuzu fruit in Calgary? My dinner club is hosting a 'citrus party' and I want to do something a little more out there, than lemon and lime. If you have seen fresh yuzu or even yuzu pulp any where, please let me know.

And if you have any other ideas for appetizers using yuzu or kumquats that would be helpful too!

Thanks.

  1. I understand the syrup can be found at Arirang.

Superstore has Key limes, Costco often has Meyer lemons, and T&T always has pomelos, Brio (the soft drink) is made with chinotto, and maybe Silk Road carries chinotto bitters.

Limoncello is made from Sorrento lemon rinds, a lemon I do not think we get here.

No suggestions about appetizers, but maybe a cocktail would fit in?
