Where, in Austin, would you take a vegetarian for a special dinner?

Some place fancy. He is not vegan. Thanks for any suggestions.

Swift's Attic has several really good vegetarian items on their menu, if I recall.

We have had awesome 5-7 course vegetarian tasting menus (omakase) from both Uchi and Uchiko. They are quite reasonably priced for what you get as well.

I agree. Can't go wrong with chili and lemon brussels and tempura cauliflower. Call and inquire about a special dinner for a vegetarian. Are you vegetarian too? If not, it will also be extra special for you!

I'd look up Derek Sarno from Wicked Healthy (facebook) and ask him to cook a special meal. He's amazing.

I have enjoyed various vegetarian options at Fino, although it has been awhile.
