This brings back a weird memory; I had a customer that needed a baby pig right away, so I had to bring it there myself. I get to my warehouse and it is ensconsed in a tiny little wooden coffin, but whatever. I get it out there, glancing in my rear view window constantly, and deliver the goods. Get a call several hours later....the head is missing! And that they were going to display it with a baby pineapple in its mouth. Turns out if was just tucked under the body and all was well. Good thing I didn't just sell meat, don't know if I could deal with that all day long.

"glancing in my rear view window constantly"
        Hysterical visual, Coll.
Great video, and the menu looks interesting. Hot on the tail of SPD, they offer black puddings with a collard green colcannon puff.

That restaurant is in my neighborhood. Might have to check it out now! Thanks.
