Dallas Dining

I am off to Dallas on Sunday for a few days...Looking
for Chowhound choices and other dining experiences.
Will pay a premium for great food, but prefer casual,
moderately-priced eating establishments featuring
local specialties.

If you find yourself anywhere near Fort Worth on your
trip, do stop by Joe T. Garcia's for Tex Mex. It is
unbelievably good...and inexpensive. Wonderful soft
tortillas with butter, refried beans, guacamole, etc.
Very plentiful meal.

i agree the food is good. i was disappointed with the menu selection, only two menu items - fajitas and enchiladas.
also the patio atmosphere is worth mentioning.
