What to do with cranberry juice cocktail?

I'm talking gallons of the Ocean Spray stuff, the kind that has water, sugar, and ascorbic acid.

So far, I've used it as the replacement liquid in baking, in drinks, in cranberry sauce, and am currently in the process of making cranberry jelly and cranberry curd...but it's still too much! Any recipes or suggestions that can use massive amounts of it up?

  1. Popsicles. Freeze it in ice cube trays to use in Smoothies.

    Personally, I'd be happy with the juice and some vodka.

    1. Cook a whole bunch of it down into a syrup-y reduction. You can season that with soy or other flavorings to make it into a barbecue sauce or glaze for meat or poultry. You can also use the reduction in vinaigrettes or stir in some bitter chocolate and cream to make a nice cranberry chocolate sauce.

      1. If you like jello you can sub the cold water with the juice.
        Make ice cubes for future punch or cocktails
        Give some of the bottles to your local food pantry
        Stew apples and pears in the juice
        Roast a pork loin in a juice reduction
        Dye Easter eggs

          1. Malibu Bay Breeze punch.

            1 gal cranberry juice cocktail
            1 can pineapple juice
            1 can pineapple chunks, if desired.
            1 bottle Malibu Rum 350 or 750ml to your taste

            Can slush in the summer or in winter cranberries in cran juice ice ring.

            Party time!
