Again, me from Tucson. My children love Horchata, which is served at almost every restaurant here. I have tried making countless versions and have FAILED epically every time. Any foolproof horchata recipes out there?
Thanks. I didn't realize that david L had a recipe for it. I will definitely try his version, as his recipes are always spot on.--although I see that isn't originally his recipe. My real problem every time has been texture. too chalky.
