Does anyone have a good recipe for this that uses the kosher for pesach whipped butter? The one time I tried to make it was not successful and I'm wondering whether it was because of the consistency of the butter.

I've never tried it with whipped but since it as o much air, I think you ay eed to use more than the cup called or in the recipe to make up for the air. Otherwise, its a oretty simple recipe. Lay the matzah on a baking sheet covered in greased foil or parchment. Cook butter and sugar till it boiks, lower heat and cook five minutes. Pour over the matzah, speead it out, bake it for 15 mnutes till its bubbly. Sprnkle wuth chocolate chips, allw them to melt, then spread. Sorinkle with nuts, if you like.
