I made and froze some mini empanadas. The dough was about 3 inches across prior to stuffing and folding in half. How long should I cook them and at what temp? Frozen / Thawed ?
cook from frozen. 375. until they're done. probably 20 minutes or so.
Thaw em and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. (I'm totally guessing/making it up)
