Best Lechazo in the Ribera Del Duero

Hi Guys,

Will be making my way (by train) from San Sebastian into Madrid in May and was planning a stop-over in either Burgos or Valladolid.

Can anybody recommend a restaurant for really really good Lechazo (wood roasted suckling lamb)?

Last year I went to Restaurante Puerta Real in Burgos which was awesome but their website seems to have disappeared.

There is a certification program (IGP Lechazo De Castilla Y Leon) for restaurants to ensure the lamb is the best quality and they used to have a list of all the certified asadors but now has no content as well :)

Thanks

Chris

Not sure if you are still traveling or perhaps en route however I cannot say enough about the experience at Zurita: http://asadorzurita.com/ you will not be disappointed.
