Salted Cod Dip

Been meaning to try making dip from bacalao. Sounds super easy! Came across this recipe. Looks like a good start. Any else try this?

    I've not had it but recall that Julia Child made it on The French Chef so I'm sure she has a recipe in one of her books.

      I've eaten it many times - while it's not my favorite, it's very tasty.

      It's also delicious served on a slice of toasted French bread as a canape, but it's usually served as a main dish in France.

        I'll also add that the version with potatoes is far more palatable -- the fish-only version is, um, special.
