2 adults, 1 toddler.
Neighborhood not so important, but must be dairy or vegetarian.

Any ideas?

Good idea! But there's no seating, is there?
Husband wanted to go somewhere where we could get a cake for toddlers birthday.

The atrium has lots of seating.

If you accept their hashgaha, Cafe Viva on the Upper West is a good atmosphere for a toddler.

Noi due (w 69th street) is always good and seems to like kids.

I wouldn't do Noidue for a Sunday lunch with a young child- they'll be packed, and there are no reservations, so you could end up waiting quite a while. Noidue is a nice place when you can show up on a weekday between about 3PM and 6:15PM (i.e., when there's no line).

I ruled out noi due before I posted. Like you said, the wait could be really long, especially since it the day before pesach.
