Vancouver Around Burrard St

I'm staying at Sheraton and Hyatt Regency, both on Burrard St.
Total of 3.5 days, no car, but will get a transit day pass.

Looking for recommendations on restaurants with some of these attributes:
- great breakfast/brunch
- casual but tasty lunch
- dinner: high end but not too pricey
- healthy and not greasy
- farm to table
- French, seafood
- Ethnic ok like Ethiopian, Persian, Moroccan, but not a big fan of Asian
