Special Occasion, Special Menu

I'm looking for a restaurant that would be open to prepare a special menu (vegan) for a special occasion for a party of 2. I've managed to have some very good food around SD since taking the vegan plunge, but none of it's been fine dining (A lovely lunch at Kitchen 1540 being the exception)

Any suggestions for a chef/restaurant that would be willing to accommodate?

Thanks for your suggestions, everyone. After a series of frustrating conversations with various restaurants who offered nothing more creative than roasted vegetables, we've decided to go for Ethiopian at Muzita Abyssinian Bistro.

It's disappointing that we couldn't find something extra special, but we will enjoy ourselves an a delicious meal just the same.
