Best place to buy live lobsters this time of the year?

I know prices may be high, but it's for my Dad's 80th b-day. I'd actually rather pay a bit more and have lobsters with good flavor, and not for bugs that have lived in a tank for a long time. Hopefully the boats are going out, but I guess these storms don't help. Any suggestions? Thanks!

For lobsters I'd stick with James Hook or a similar opertaion that moves a lot of them. This is typically the most expensive time for lobster. MB had soft shells last week for $8.99

James Hook & Company on the Waterfront or New Deal in Cambridge.

I picked up some wonderful local crabs at New Deal last week. You should call ahead to be sure they have lobsters when you want them.
