I need about 2 pounds of tripe for a recipe and will be in Manchester. Best market to locate some?

I've seen it as Saigon Asian Market on Maple St.

They usually have it at the Market Basket here in Concord, so I can't imagine they wouldn't have it at the big M.B. on Elm street.

The new Market Basket off Elm St. in Manchester, NH carries a pretty wide range of offal. As others have mentioned Saigon Market on Maple street usually has both Honeycomb beef tripe and often pork tripe as well.

Joining the Market Basket gang. I see it regularly even in the small stores.
