Hey everyone,

Aside from the grilled cheese restaurants ( Kensington, Cheesewerks, say cheese), who has the best grilled cheeses in the city on ther menu?
Thanks in advance!

The Ultimate Grilled Cheese (meatloaf version) at Uncle Betty's is pretty freakin' awesome.

This is fully an example of different strokes for different folks. That looks so terrible to me I don't think I could be convinced to try even a single bite!

        Le Select's croque monsieur
        Murrays's triple decker
Morning Glory's GC with tomato, rosti on the side
White Brick's 3 cheese with tomato jam

Yah that thread is pretty much jut about the specialty GC spots. Any other spots with great GC?

I really liked the grilled cheese at Caplansky's!

I had a surprisingly great one at The Quail (formerly The Quail & Firkin) a few weeks ago. Aged cheddar and jack cheeses on multigrain bread with some parmesan crusting on the outside.

About Cheese on Church St is my go-to. They now have a couple of stools in the window so you don't have to eat it in the car!
