It is quite easy to find in the high-end, big name places. (do a search as there were a few recent threads on foie).
Recently though, I went to a neighborhood place where pates, foie terrine and other charcuterie is made in-house: Marche Du Sud.
I swear, it seems that every dish comes with a slab of foie on it! I am not kidding. It is decadent, delicious and gentle on the wallet.
Decor leaves a lot to be desired: country kitsch, french grandmere.
