Shawarma at home?

Hello All,

We are having a cocktail party for our engagement at my parent's home and would love to embrace some of our culture by having a shawarma service come to the house - yes, I mean the whole rack of revolving chicken and beef, all the fixings and the chef...we would position him outside by the BBQ for gusts to enjoy.

Any idea WHO or WHAT company in the city would offer this service?

Thanks!!!

i don't know where in TO you are located but i went to a 50th wedding anniversary party hosted by the 'kids' for the parents ... they had the whole thing catered by montforte ... i believe they worked with the owner/chef (?) at the oakville location. the food was a HIT.

i'll definitely look into it. The party will be in Richmond Hill so I wonder if they will come out there. Did they bring the whole stand?

Montfort Restaurants are a chain in western GTA.

BTW, they are two different chains.... I prefer the original one (first link) for what it is worth, but, to be honest, I find the food even at the original one (like the one on Trafalgar) has gone down hill from its start.

It's very similar, but I prefer Monforte (the original, as well), over Empire. That said, I haven't had it in quite some time - so I hope the other locations haven't gone down hill as much as the original apparently has.
