Props to Upton's Seitan

I just tried Upton's Italian Seitan and, wow, it rocks! Beautifully seasoned with lots of fennel and herbs..I used in a sausage/greens/pasta type dish (variation of classic sausage/rabe) and it held up great. Was able to crumble into nice pieces that still maintained a nice chewy texture. Has anyone tried the chorizo flavored?

      All of their products are excellent - the chorizo for tacos and enchiladas or just the plain ground seitan as a ground beef replacement -

        I long for an Upton's distributor anywhere in Canada or Vermont/New Hampshire. So jealous!

          Yes, I appreciate that I am quite lucky being in MA with several WF to choose from. Maybe you could contact Upton's and ask them.....? Bug your local natural foods purveyor to carry it!
