Props to Upton's Seitan

I just tried Upton's Italian Seitan and, wow, it rocks! Beautifully seasoned with lots of fennel and herbs..I used in a sausage/greens/pasta type dish (variation of classic sausage/rabe) and it held up great. Was able to crumble into nice pieces that still maintained a nice chewy texture. Has anyone tried the chorizo flavored?
