honey mustard powder??

Have only been able to find it at "Amish" market at a farmer's market. I like to use it when "doctoring" up my chex mix recipe.

Can you make it at home?? I have a jar of honey "nuggets" I found in a quirky little store I like to drop buy from time to time. Think most of the stuff comes from items that just weren't selling or stores that closed down??

There are a number of powdered honeys so it shouldn't be difficult to make your own. Just experiment with ratio until you get what you like.

Did an experiment with honey nuggets and Colemans... not real mustard flavor?? Maybe grind up some mustard seeds?
