My new all clad French skillet
It has taken me some time to come up with my decision on what all clad peace to get. It came down to price, size and usability. So far this thing rocks and now looking to get more all clad peaces. My question is do you have a all clad French skillet and how much use do you get out of it.
Ps I got a 11 inch skillet
I bought AC 12" with lid in 2009 and have been cooking with it 4-5x/week for everything except fish & egg. I also have the 8" that I cook with 4-5x/month. For dishes with lots of liquid I use Le Creuset. I cook western & asian dishes.
I have the A-C LTD2 11" French skillet. I don't use it a lot, but for the things I use it for, it's just right. I got it because my 10" skillet was a little small. The 11" French skillet is significantly bigger because it's deeper as well as wider.
